総評
お世辞抜きで人生で一番感激して、流れる時間すら美味しく感じる貴重な経験となりました。
歴史あるお店の佇まい。
出てくるお料理ひとつひとつ、細部に渡り丁寧に仕事がほどこされています。
そのお料理を口に含むと、その丁寧な仕事ぶりが頭に思い浮かぶことに自身が驚きました。
不思議ですが五感に響き渡るお食事でした。
以下食べたもの。
おぼろ豆腐
とっても濃厚でずっしりとした旨味溢れるお豆腐で美味しい。さらにお豆腐の提供温度も完璧。
突き出し3品
左から かまぼこ なかなか歯応えがありお味も素で食べても良し、いくらと大根おろしを付けても良しでとても美味。
中 ほたるいか 当然ですが歯に当たる箇所は丁寧に外されており、もしかしたら直前にボイルしたと思われ、一つ一つ手抜きせず丁寧に仕事されてることに感嘆。
右 そら豆も茹でたてのあたたかい状態で美味。
肝焼き
なんと3種類、見ての通り超絶旨い！
山椒塩漬けもいいお味。
特上うな重と肝吸いおしんこ
お重を開けたとたん溢れる鰻の香り、圧倒的なビジュアル。何もかもが美味しい。
最近は地焼きの鰻やひつまぶしに若干傾倒していた自分が恥ずかしくなりました。
それらがお子様向け大味料理だとすると、こちらのお重は大人向けの繊細な料理というくらい衝撃でした。
