I had been interested in this eel restaurant for a long time. I made a reservation by phone in advance and ordered the special. The eel was served about 30 minutes after I entered the restaurant. It also came with pickles and liver soup. The eel was fluffy and had lots of sauce. I enjoyed it slowly in the quiet restaurant.
