神楽坂駅から徒歩5分ほど。
１Fがオステリアで、２Fがリストランテです。
以前お邪魔して、とても美味だったので、再訪。
レビューは初です。
どのお皿も、きちんと主張があり、
供し方も、まったく、イタリアそのもの。
素材感が全面に出て、飾らない美しさを感じます。
メニューは、アラカルト。
この日は、以下をいただきました。
１，アミューズ
・南瓜のスープ
・南瓜のシュペッツェレ
２，前菜
かぼすブリと焼き茄子のマリネ
焼き茄子の香ばしさが、プリプリの
ブリの旨味を引きたてます。
３，北海道産ツブ貝と茸のフラスカレッリ
ミネストラ仕立て
手延ばしの自家製パスタで、
いろいろなバージョンがありますが、
こちらは、ツブ貝と茸で。
季節感があります。
４，オレキエッテ
カマスと季節野菜のオイルソース
カラスミがけ
オレキエッテがモチモチです。
５，リガトーニ
イノシシと栗の煮込みソース
イノシシは臭みもなく、柔らかく
仕上げられていて、技あり。
秋全開です。
６，鰆のグリル
大きな半身を丸ごと、ドーンと
グリルしてあり、
シチリアのよう。
７，モンブラン
優しい栗の風味です。
８，プリン
しっかりハード系です。
９，ハーブティ
お供は、
・ガス入りミネラルウォーター
・赤ワイン グラスで。
SAVUTO ODOARDI
カラブリア産
やはり、以前と変わらず、どれも満足のいく
仕上がり。
サービスの方が、料理の説明をあまり
しないのと、
質問にあまり答えられないのが、ちょっと残念
ではあります。
次回は２Fのほうにもお邪魔したいと思います。
