ベルギービールのお店。ビールはとても豊富で知らないものもたくさんある。食事もツマミだけでなく、しっかりつくりこんだものも提供している。
お酒(ビール)を楽しむだけでなく、食事もそれなりにとれるところだ。
照明は暗めだが、それがお店の全体的な雰囲気にマッチしていてよい。くらいが、活気はある。
お客さんがたくさんいて、活気があって、まさにビアバーといった感じ。食べログみてきました、みたいなひとではなく、常連さんばかり。みな、それぞれに大変楽しそうに過ごしている。
生ホワイトビールを頼み、ブタバラの煮込みとホタテカルボナーラみたいな名前のものをいただいた。料理はあか抜けてはいないが、作っているひとが美味しいな、と思うものを出している感じ。よく考えたらそれは、おもてなしの基本だ。
時々、「これ、ここのお店のひと、ほんとに美味しいって思ってるのかな？」と疑問に思うことがある。ここは、そんな形だけありきではないところがよい。案外できそうでできない事ではないかな？
基本がちゃんとできているのだと思った。
