先日、神楽坂にあるブラッセルズへ。こちらは、おいしいベルギービールのお店です。
まずは乾杯。
いきなり、飲み比べセットをチョイス。
左から、グリゼット ブロンシュ、ウルヴニール、サンフーヤン ブリューン、ボンヴー。
通常サイズのグラスと並べると、こんなサイズ感です。
野菜前菜盛り合わせ
左上から時計回りに、セロリとリンゴのマリネ、ヒヨコ豆とブロッコリーのサラダ～クミン風味～、カポナータ。前菜から野菜をバランスよくたっぷりいただける一皿です。
サバの自家燻製 ストンプ添え
鯖を燻製でいただくのは初めてですが、スモーク香がここまで合うとはいいですね。
猪バラ肉のカルボナード
トロトロの猪肉は、ベルギービールを使ってじっくり煮込まれています。
