前々から気になっていた面白い名前のお店。いったいどんな意味なのかはわからぬまま。
看板に気付かなければ入ることのないビルの地下。初めて入るには結構勇気がいると思います。
入るとすぐカウンター。夫婦と思われるパパとママで切り盛り。
メニューはテ－ブルにかなりシンプルなドリンクメニューで、食べ物は黒板しか見当たりません。
日替わりでその日の良いものを という感じはありますが、どのメニューが一押しなのかはわかりにくい。
おそらく自家製のイクラを使ったイクラ丼なのだろうか。
さほどお腹が減ってなかったので軽めに。
刺身、漬物、レバーポテト。
お通しのタレのゴマダレがかなり美味く期待させる。
刺身はアジ。なかなか鮮度良く美味しい。
カブの漬物も良い漬け具合。酒も進む。
謎だったレバーポテト。
レバーのペ－ストというかミンチをマッシュポテトな感じてド－ム型に包んだ逸品。これはおどろき。
小料理風の家庭的なイメージの店内でこんなに凝ったもの出てくるとは想像出来ない。
他にも色々と食べてみたいところだった。
店主はかなりの経験者ではないかと思う。
何を食べるべき かはわからないですが、きっと何を食べても美味しい店だと想像出来ます。
