In a multi-tenant building near Kagurazaka Station, there was a mysterious hand-written sign that read ``Doromi-tei,'' and I kept wondering what kind of shop it was. I've been thinking about this for a few years, and when I looked it up on the internet, I saw that it looked like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so I got interested and decided to go there. When I entered the building, I realized for the first time that it was a restaurant in the basement, and when I got to the top of the stairs, I realized that it was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The inside of the store had a counter and one table, and the restaurant had a warm impression, giving the impression that it was run by a husband and wife. The menu was written on the blackboard: [Butterbur miso tofu] [Grilled Simmered dish with salt] [Tempura beef tendon and potatoes] [Conger eel tempura] [Grilled Onigiri] + drinks More and more came out in about 5 minutes, but the spinach in the appetizer... I was impressed by the minimal amount of seasoning that brought out the umami of the ingredients, such as kinpira dressed with vinegar and miso, and my stomach was gripped. The bitterness of the butterbur miso and the flavor of the miso were good, and it went well with the tofu.Beef Tendon and PotatoesThe soft and stewed beef tendon was soaked in the sweet soy sauce sauce, which went well with the steamy potatoes. Tempura was naturally crispy and brought out the flavor of the conger eel, and the grilled Onigiri at the end was thin and easy to eat, and I was able to fully enjoy the charred flavor of the soy sauce. Anyway, the food was so delicious and the space was so cozy that I regretted not coming earlier. From now on, I think I'll be going at least once a month.
