地元の食材と調味料にこだわり続ける。山形牛をはじめ郷土料理と銘酒が愉しめる店
神楽坂通りから神楽小路に入ると、山形牛をはじめとした郷土料理が楽しめる店がある。山形から上京して神楽坂に根を生やして四半世紀、地元山形の安心素材と調味料を厳選し、食べやすくひと工夫加えられた温かみのある料理で多くの胃袋を満たしてきた。中でもあのヤンキースのM選手が頻繁に訪れ付き合いは10年に及ぶという。それを物語るかのように店内に特設された展示コーナーには巨人軍時代のユニフォームやバット等が並ぶ。 |
東京メトロ飯田橋駅Ｂ３出口から、神楽小路に入って直ぐのお店。
かわいい牛の看板が目印。
山形牛と山形の郷土料理が自慢の居酒屋。
マスターは大のＧ党で、店内には巨人関連のグッズが。
殊に、現役メジャーリーガーの松井秀喜は、新人時代からの常連で、帰国時には必ず立ち寄るとか。
店内は広く、１階はテーブル席、２階は「松井部屋」と呼ばれる座敷。
ランチタイムは肉の他、煮魚、焼き魚もある居酒屋メニューのラインナップ。
店名にあやかって、「焼肉丼」を注文。
すると、いまどき珍しいプラスチック製の食券が渡される。
焼肉丼が、味噌汁、小鉢、漬物を伴って登場。
丼ご飯の上に炒めた小松菜ともやし、焼肉、葱がのる。
タレを使わず焼き上げてあるので、肉の味がよく判るが丼ご飯にはちと物足らないか。
肉もご飯もそこそこのボリュームで、結構食べ応えがある。
サラリーマンに支持されるガッツリランチ。
