最近はKaldiで売っているヤムウンセンドレッシングで自分で作って満足していたものの物足りなさを感じていたのも確か。
タイには行った事は無いけれどパクチーとコブミカンの香りは堪らなく好き。久しぶりのティーヌーン、久しぶりのタイ料理。
ヤムウンセン、ラープ・ムーをオーダーしました。なんちゃって自家製とは大違いの香りと辛さに感動。ご馳走様でした。
