心が温まるような、とても暖かい、温かいお店です。神楽坂、お店は地下にあります。
いただいたのは特選会席です。
最初に前菜、小前菜、三種の盛り合わせ
そして燻製です。自家製燻製３種の盛り合わせ、からすみがおいしかったです
お野菜は特選お野菜 囲炉裏焼き 4種類
シイタケ美味しかった、アスパラが巨大、びっくりしました。最高でした。
そして、アボガドも最高。
それからおさかな、ホタテ最高でした。
何もつけず、素の味でいただきます。バターをお勧めされましたが、絶対素がいい
それからのどくろ、これはおいしかった。シンプルに網でやき、炭火でじっくりやく。最高でした。
骨まで全部食べました。
そしてお肉は本日の特選和牛、二種類、最高でした
塚原さんの梅山豚（茨木）2種類、ロースとひれです。最高でした。柔らかい
そして締めはKEMURI名物のトリュフうどん
うどんを運ぶとトリュフの香りがほんのり、贅沢な組み合わせです
そして甘味は焼きバナナ、そして紫野さんのマルガージェラート、美味しかったです
