品のあるおいしいカレー
長い間、前を通るたびに和食のお店かと思っていました。
最近になって、おいしいカレーのお店と知りました。
混むらしいので、ランチ11時３０分を目指して急行したところ、すでに３人並んでいました。
店内はおしゃれなカフェのよう。テーブルには小さな桜のつぼみが飾られていました。
マトンカレー中辛とサフランライスのセットを注文しました。（１０００円）
カレーはたくさんの種類のスパイスを使っていますが、マイルドで、とてもよい香りを放っています。
マトンはしっかりとマトンの味とにおいがして好みです。
サフランライスは本物のサフランが入って炊かれていていてうれしくなりました。
ご主人のお父様が作る無農薬米と確かメニューに書いてありました。
小さなラッシーは濃厚でこの日はマンゴーのアイスクリームが入っていました。
このほかミニサラダがつきます。お水はレモンの味といい香りが強くしました。
マトンは北インドのカレーとありましたが、あっさりとしていてとても上品です。
スパイスの使い方が絶妙だと思いました。感動。
昨日行ったばかりでもう今日も行きたい。
夜のインド料理にもぜひ来てみたいと思います。

10年前にオフ会に参加して以来の訪問です。
近所に所用があるついでに。ご近所だとなかなか訪問しないものですね^^;
この日開店20分前に到着するも、既に並びが。私の後にも並ぶ方が。ランチは予約不可なのです。
定刻になり、2階に上がります。店内は相変わらず落ち着いた雰囲気、サービスの方も同じです。
いただいたのは
２種のカレー（1420円）とラッシー（880円）。
まずは温かいポテトサラダが。スパイスの効いたもの。
カレーはチキンキーマとダルカレーでした。
こちらは北インドと南インドの両方があるのが面白い。
チキンキーマは銘柄鶏を使用されています。
ライスは魚沼産コシヒカリのサフランライス。
スパイシーなキーマと優しいダルを交互に。
丁寧に調理されています。
食後にいただいたラッシーはかなり濃厚なお味。
お腹にずっしりと。
とても懐かしいお店です。
