【2023アジアエスニックTOKYO百名店】
牛込神楽坂駅から徒歩3分程度にある当店。
神楽坂という立地らしい和の雰囲気の隠れ家的なインド料理店。とにかくインド料理店として群を抜いてお洒落な雰囲気と抜群の接客が素晴らしい✨デートでも使えちゃうお店です。
料理は『余計なものを加え過ぎず、素材の良さを十分に引き出す』をコンセプトに手作りにこだわった洗練された美味しいインド料理が楽しめます。
この日は平日12時過ぎに訪問してすんなり入店。6割程度の埋まり具合。

まずは【チーズナン】が登場！
チーズナンはシンプルなイタリアン産チーズのものとブルーチーズのものがあり前者を選択…見た目が想像の斜め上をいく丸く可愛い饅頭のようなチーズナン✨モチモチでサッパリチーズが入っておりめちゃくちゃ美味しい！是非オススメです！
本番のカレー！
サフランライスがほのかな香りがしてそれだけでも美味しい✨魚沼産のコシヒカリを使用との事。
そして【チキンカレー】はまろやかで少しの酸味と旨味、【ダールカリー】は豆のカレーでありながら力強い旨味を感じてどちらも素晴らしかったです✨
とにかく全体的に超ハイレベルなインド料理店。
