I went on a trip this New Year, so my New Year's visit was about a week later than usual. After the annual prayer, I had lunch here for the first time in a while. We ordered Cow tongue bowl set meal and a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set meal to share. I remember eating the Sundubu set meal the last time I came here, so this was actually my first time having Yakiniku (Grilled meat) here. ⚫︎Beef Cow tongue bowl: The texture of Cow tongue was similar to skirt steak, so I thought I had given the wrong order, but since skirt steak bowl was not on the menu, it must have been Cow tongue after all. The seasoning was very elegant and delicious. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set meal: Choose medium-sized ribs from several types of meat. I was able to use another type of meat as a substitute, so I chose the domestic lean loin that I was interested in. The nakaochi kalbi wasn't too fatty and had more volume than I expected, so if I was visiting alone, this alone would have been enough. The red meat loin was thinly sliced, but very tender. In addition to the meat, the rape blossoms (??) kimchi that day was also unusual and delicious. It's not too sweet and has just the right amount of acidity. Maybe it's homemade. I thought it would be nice to have it on the regular menu. Thank you for the meal today.
