飯田橋駅から東京大神宮方面に少し歩いたビルの２Ｆにある焼肉店。
このエリアでの人気店で、何度か利用させていただいています。
週末に予約をして訪問しましたが、予約席だけで満席の様子で
さすがの人気店です。
メニューも正肉からホルモンまで幅広くありますが、
【春菊バクダン】８００円【カルビ】１３２０円【ハラミ】１９８０円+飲み物
を注文して５分ほどで春菊から順番に届きましました。
写真を撮り忘れましたが、春菊バクダンは本当に春菊の苦みとドレッシングの酸味と塩味で楽しめるのですが、
大人向けの味かと思います。お肉と合わせるとさっぱり頂けるのが良く考えられています。
カルビは、普通のカルビですが、程よいサシが入っていて十分柔らかく美味しく頂けます。
ハラミは、パつんと歯切れが良く、旨味もしっかり感じられる良いハラミでした。
タレの味付けも甘すぎず程よい濃さで、ビールが進みました。
お肉の量とコストを考えると決して安くはないのですが、和牛を厳選して使用しているところと、
ホルモンのメニューとのバランスを考えると上手く抑えることができ、人気なのでしょう。
これからも、近くに出来た豚ホルモンの「好子ちゃん」と共に通い続けます。
