ここはやきとんより焼鳥メインの居酒屋ですね。ホッピーセットが中、外合算で600近いのはちょっと残念。生レモンサワーと2杯目は玉露ハイをいただく。お通しは大根おろしにうずらの生卵。
●煮込み 鳥の煮込が名物みたいだけど豚の煮込みを敢えてチョイス。量が多く昨日の浜田屋はなんだったんでしょう。小腸メインのよくできた秀作。
●ポテトサラダ 平凡すぎてノーコメント。
●砂肝 塩で普通以上に旨い。コリコリ。
●ハツ 鳥のハツはコリコリだけでなくジューシーさも加わっていて豚ハツ、牛ハツと違った味わい。
●ぼんじり 軟骨もついているアメージングなぼんじり。ジューシーにコリコリがついてくる。
●つくね タレで小さめのつくねでした。
二本づつの注文ルールだったので食べすぎました。食べログの評価高いのはダテじゃなかったですね。鳥系はレベルの高い大衆酒場でした。
今日の8時に閉店して、当分夜は自粛休業のようです。
