The store name ``Koryu'' is pronounced ``Honron''. This time I visited this store at my wife's request. My wife and I visited on Thursday at 11:44. There were 2 customers. (Then, by 12 o'clock, the restaurant was full and a line had started to form outside. It's popular. If you want to get in right away, it might be a good idea to come before 12 o'clock.) ) This restaurant seems to be famous for its drool chicken. We ordered the "Drool Chicken Set Meal" and the "Mapodon". I noticed later that the lunch menu on the table had a "set meal" category on both the front and back, and it seemed that mapo tofu could also be eaten as a set meal. What is the difference between the front and back sides? One side said ``Lunch Menu,'' and the other side ``Hunan Cuisine Lunch Menu.'' As a result, we chose two items from the "Hunan Cuisine Lunch Menu" page. This lunch is a style where you pick up your own salad. The salad consists of shredded cabbage. There was some carrot mixed in. The food came out just as I finished picking the cabbage. It is early. (This means that the food was served in about 2 minutes after ordering.) The first bite of the drake was sweet, but it became spicy afterward. The temperature is cool. The combination of cucumber, sauce, and sesame seeds is exquisite. it's delicious. I've eaten the dish ``Yodaregu'' several times at other restaurants, but this may be the first time I've eaten it with Hunan seasoning. Actually, I rarely have the opportunity to eat Hunan cuisine. Mapo tofu also has a unique taste. It was mapo tofu like I had never eaten before. A new taste that is different from the traditional Chinese food, the spicy style, and the numbing Sichuan style. It has quite a spiciness, but the overall taste is mild. The soup was thick and did not get cold easily. And what is surprising is its cost performance. The ``Drool Chicken Set Meal'' costs 820 yen including tax, and the ``Mapodon'' costs 800 yen including tax. The customer base seems to be mostly office workers working in the nearby area. I paid 1,620 yen for two people with PayPay. When I came out of the store at 12:17, there were 4 people in line. Thank you for the meal.
