「四川人は辛いのを恐れず、湖南人は辛くないことを恐れる」
そんな言葉があると言われるほど、唐辛子を使う湖南料理。
こちらのお店ではそんな湖南料理をいただけます。
と言っても辛い料理ばかりではなく、私のお気に入りは辛くない湖南チャーハンです。
豚肉と青菜を使った色の濃いチャーハンで、やみつきになる味なのです。
ランチだとそんな湖南チャーハンを、820円というお手頃価格で、定食形式でいただけます。
サラダはセルフで取る方式で、その他にスープ、ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐がついてきます。
このチャーハン、かなり量が多く、お客さんに男性が多いのも頷けます。私は連れに半分食べてもらいました。
湖南料理は卵料理でも辛く、湖南特製鷹の爪と玉子炒めの定食(820円)は、トマト卵炒めのような見た目をしていますがピリ辛です。
湖南料理以外の中華料理もあるので、辛い料理が苦手な人はそっちから選ぶのが無難かも？
誰かと一緒に中華を食べる時に再訪したいお店です。
