この間は混んでいて入れなかった百名店へ、予約して行きました。
グリーンカレーと迷ったのですがあまり辛くなさそうなので、最も辛い表記の
【デイ・パット・バイガパオ・ラート・カオ】￥1300
をオーダーしました。
早速味わってみると、とても大人しくまとまっている味。
卓上にも調味料が置いていない事から、全体的にマイルドな料理に仕上げられている様です。
スープと春巻きは付いておらず一皿のみ。
ちょっとライスが余り気味だったので、私の好みとしてはもう少しパンチが欲しいところでした。
一般的には食べやすいタイ料理だと思います。
