神楽坂散策中に、外の席が空いていたので飛び込みで訪問です。訪れてみたかったリヨン料理のお店です。
選べるランチコースから、前菜はピスタチオ入りソーセージと春キャベツサラダと自家製ベーコンのリヨン風サラダをお願いします。どちらもシンプルな味付けで素材が活かされています。メインは、リヨン名物のクネルと本日のお勧めの鴨ローストです。クネルはクリーミーなはんぺんを魚介ソースで食べます。鴨ローストはフルーツソースですが、甘くないのが良いです。
フレンチと言えばソースですが、味付けがシンプルで日本人好みな感じです。
デザートの前に、こちらもリヨン名物のチーズ料理セルヴェル・ド・カニュ、こちらのお店ではエシャーレット刻んで入れているので、ニンニク嫌いな人でも食べれます。
デザートはラム酒風味のババ(サバランだそうです)とリヨン名物タルトプラリヌ(アーモンドのタルト)です。ババは甘さ控えめ、タルトはこれでもかという甘さでしたが、苦味の効いたエスプレッソに丁度合いました。
リヨン料理も奥が深そうです。
