同僚と武道館でのMR.BIGの公演を見た後、コチラに。
２２時に入店、店内ほぼ満席。
安定のもつ焼きと煮込みで充実した反省会。
２０２１年１２月１７日 初見
行きつけの牛込柳町の店に行く前、軽く腹ごしらえ。
１７時５０分に入店、本日の口開け客でした。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入り口未開放。
カウンター・テーブルにパーテーションがナシ、通常席配置との差は不明。
まずは赤星６３０円でスタート。
もつ煮込み４５０円、ポテサラ、串もの数品を注文。
串は１本から注文可能。
飲み物は中がキンミヤ可との事でホッピーに。
煮込みはタイトルの頃からの味という事ですが、美味しかったです。
味噌味でもつ、豆腐、葱のみのシンプルな自分好みの内容。
ポテサラは自家製らしいゴロゴロ芋タイプ。
串は若干小さいものの味・焼きは上々。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
