備長炭で焼き上げる煎餅は、表面はこんがりきつね色、中はお米の甘い風味が残ります。 醤油ダレはとてもすっきりで塩気がなく、かため/ふつうのかたさ/やわらかめの中から選ぶことができるので老若男女どなたにもお勧めできます。
