神楽坂を飯田橋から5分くらい登る感じに位置するこちらのお店。
渋谷店などと対比的に
割とこぢんまりした店舗ながら
あたたかな雰囲気が感じられて居心地良い。
今回頼んだのはA5ランク和牛食べ放題のコース。
霜降り和牛と山形豚以外に
野菜はひと品から注文可能。
最初の野菜盛り合わせはネギと白菜、水菜、えのき、椎茸
こちらにネギ、白菜、豆腐や葛切りを追加していただいた。
嬉しかったのは白菜。
しっかり「葉」の部分と「芯」の部分が分けられて
「芯」の部分は包丁を多く入れ、火が通りやすくしつらえられていた。
細かいことだけれど、こんな気遣いが嬉しい。
さっとしゃぶしゃぶさせて
うっすらピンクに色づいた肉を
湯切り皿で一度湯切りしてから
自家製ブレンドのごまだれ・ポン酢でいただく。
薬味はわけぎと紅葉おろし、
ごまだれには少しラー油を入れて。
葱をたっぷり入れた
しゃぶしゃぶは身も心も温まるので冬に最適。
さて。
しゃぶ禅さんの食べ放題は美味しいので
ついつい食べすぎてしまい
なかなか〆まで行かないのだけれど
今回は頑張って、〆の蕎麦まで頼んでみた。
〆は焼き餅とへぎそば。
これが今まで頼まなかったのを後悔したほど
美味しかった。
現在は電子マネー非対応らしいが
近々導入予定だとか。
割と手頃な価格で旨い食べ放題が楽しめるので
利用し勝手がある。
また是非伺いたい。
