ふとスパイスが欲しくなったら、迷わずココ。
『Naorai ナオライ』
ウイスキーをはじめ、ジンやラム、ワインといった洋酒を存分かつマニアックに愉しめるBAR。
そのディープさはかつて会員限定ＢＡＲだったほど。
けれどもうひとつの顔は、カレーとスパイス酒がおいしいBARなのです。
真夜中のＢＡＲで私が最初に頼むのはこちら。
★特製辛口モスコミュール¥1100
生姜＝ジンジャー＝スパイスですから。
こちら摺り下ろした生姜がガツン！と効いた辛口モスコーで大満足。
キンキンに冷えた銅製マグもパーフェクト。
★カレーBARのオツマミチャーシュー¥800
スパイスとともに下茹でしたあとタレで煮込んだチャーシュー。
ちょっとしたフードが美味いですね。
いや、ちょっとしたというレベルではないか。
★Naoraiスパイスカクテル ¥1000
自家製スパイス酒をベースにしたカクテル。
甘みの中にピリッとした辛みを楽しめます。。
さて、いよいよカレーに行ってみましょう。
チキンとポークが用意されています。
★【クラフトカレー】チキンカレー（レギュラー）¥1200
具材のチキンがとにかくうますぎる！
一般的な鶏肉より脂肪分が少なく、コクと旨味が強い地鶏「古白鶏」を、塩麹とスパイスに漬け込んでから焼き上げたものなんです。
ベースとなる「クラフトカレー」は、野菜とフルーツに赤ワインを用いた旨味の強い仕上がり。油が少なく、呑んだあとでもサラッといただける優れものです。
しっかり硬めに炊いた白米にも注目。スパイスやお酒に合わせるなら、こうでなくっちゃ。

21時以降¥700
（カレーの食事のみの場合はチャージ無し）
カレーの提供は23時までとなっています。
ランチタイムは『Craft Curry GANDEN（ガンデン）』として営業。
ワンプレートのカレーに副菜を付け、あいがけにも対応していますよ。
