The inside of the store is small, but it doesn't feel cramped and has an incognito atmosphere. I like women with this kind of atmosphere. The general is young and friendly. I think it depends on how busy they are, but we talked a lot. Because the distance is close, it feels like home for a counter sushi restaurant. There was also a kind consideration towards women, and I felt very comfortable there. At a sushi restaurant, compatibility with the chef is also important. It is often so crowded that you cannot enter the store. So, it seems that reservations are required for early hours, but if you go late at night, you can come in without making a reservation. There is no trial that does not allow you to enter, especially late at night. The business hours of the store itself depend on the number of customers, so if you are going to be there late, you may need to contact us to confirm that the store is open. Since I went there late, I was told that I could have selection instead of a course meal, so I had a full meal with drinks and it cost just under 20,000 yen. The biggest feature of this sushi restaurant is that it comes with seaweed instead of gari. I just happen to have never seen Gari. I forgot to ask him why he was doing this. He is running the business by himself, so if there are customers, he stays open until the morning, and the general manager himself rides his bike to Toyosu every day to make purchases and prepare for business... He never takes a day off! When I told him about this, he said that he had been able to sleep for several hours. I once again think that I still have a long way to go. It gave me power.
