最近南インドやネパールの本場系を巡っていたが、インネパ店も美味いと再確認した。そもそも日本人の味覚に合わせるよう研究し尽くされているのだもの。
(クオリティのちゃんとしている店であれば)美味くないはずがない。
神楽坂の人気スープカレー店に行こうかと思っていたが、雨で行列が辛いので断念。カレー腹だったので近くのこちらにした。
レディースセットでマトンとほうれん草チキンを選択。チーズナンに変更(＋250円)。結構いい値段になった。
ハートが書かれている。可愛い。
そして、量がすごい。こういうポーションに対するジェンダーフリー、好きだ。
マトンは濃厚でピリ辛、スパイス感は普通で旨味あり。マトンが大粒で三かけ、肉は全く臭みなし。
ほうれん草チキンは、しっかりほうれん草の味とバター風味を感じる。これは、インネパ店だと珍しいのでは。
チーズナン。ここまでチーズたっぷりなのは初めて見た。面白いのが、チーズに酸味がある。食感はとろけるチーズなのに味の方向性はチーズケーキ風というか、こういうチーズってあったっけ？という感じ。生地は甘く、単品でも十分美味しい。
チキンティッカも肉質良し。辛さとスパイスは控えめ。味が濃く居酒屋料理としても良い。
ターメリックライスにホールスパイスが入っており、これは珍しく、美味しい。
ラッシーはかなり甘さ強め。氷を溶かしてから飲むのがよい。
メニューにタイ料理もあり、種類も豊富。
グリーンカレーとガパオのツイン(真ん中にライス)とか、やはり日本人の喜ぶものを知り尽くしているなと思った。
サイノってお店は他にも何軒かあるが、この系列は総じてクオリティ高めなのかな？
