神楽坂駅から神楽坂通りを飯田橋方面に歩いて行くと「魚串 UOKUSHI さくらさく 神楽坂店」があったので入ってみました。
メニューには…
日本初、魚串専門店として2009年5月神楽坂に1号店をオープンしました。
「お魚をもっと身近に」
そのような想いで築地より新鮮なお魚を仕入れ、店内で捌き、出来るだけ骨を取り除き、一本一本丁寧に串打ちしております。
小さなお店ですが「日本の文化」にするという大きな夢を串に込めます。と書かれていました。
考えてみたら「魚の串焼き」ってありそうで無かったですね。
焼き魚は大好きなのですが、骨を取るのが面倒なので、食堂でも居酒屋でも頼んだ事は殆んどありませんでした。
魚串なら骨が無いので、焼き魚を焼き鳥感覚で食べる事が出来ます。
メニューは魚串を中心に魚串揚げ、野菜串から一品料理まで幅広く揃っています。

どの魚串も脂がのってとても美味しい。
なんと言っても骨を取らずにそのまま焼き魚が食べられるのは本当に素晴らしいです。

魚の串揚げも充実の美味しさです。
★うにそば
雲丹がトッピングされたソース焼きそば、〆にばっちりでした。
初めて食べた「魚串」は絶品。
これは本当に「日本の文化」になると思いました。
また食べたいです、ごちそうさまでした。
