久しぶりに再訪しました。
いつもお昼に行って3時間待ちとかしてましたが、今日は20時過ぎに行くと、待たずにカウンター席へ案内されました。
カウンターには2名、ボックス2席埋まってました。
今回は南の島の豚のひれかつをプラス400円で定食でお願いしました。マルエツの生ビール頼んで待つ事20分、ようやくひれかつ到着です。
断面はピンクで肉汁しみしみ状態でやってきて
噛んだらさらにじわっ。ほぼ岩塩で頂きましたが、無くても肉の味があってうなる美味しさ。
量が多すぎてご飯、お味噌汁は残してしまいました。ごめんなさい。
一つだけ残念だったのは、店内に入った瞬間たばこの匂いが凄かったこと、店内は確認したら禁煙でした…服にはしっかりと煙草臭がついてしまい…
料理も煙草が鼻について、後にも先にも煙草の香りで終わりました。残念でした。これがあったので⭐︎少なくしました。
