GWの前半の最終日、暇だったので行列を覚悟で神楽坂の「あげづき」さんで特上南の島豚ロースかつを食べに行きました♪
開店11時30分に着くと並びば地下に2名だけです。ラッキーと思いましたがそれからが50分待ちました。あげづきさんのとんかつは、低温調理で2度揚げする為、時間がかかります。
今回は、お店の看板メニュー、南の島豚特上ロースかつとビールを注文しました♪
カウンターに座ってポテサラつまみにビールを飲みつつ20分程で到着です。
初めは何も付けずに食べますが、これが本当に旨い❗️豚の脂と赤みが低温調理する事により際立ち旨みと甘みに融合され、ジューシーと言うより甘い蜜のように飲めるとんかつです♪
次にパハール岩塩を付けて食べてみると豚肉の甘みが更に引き立ちますね♪
ソースと辛子でも食べましたが、このとんかつの一番美味しい食べ方は、何も付けずに食べる事だと思います。
赤出汁のお味噌汁とお新香も抜かりなく、ご飯とシャキッとしたキャベツをお代わりしてお腹いっぱいです。
これから東京大神宮にお参りして帰ります♪
