Italian Cuisine located between Kagurazaka and Karukozaka. It looks like it will be attached to restaurant on the 5th floor, but I wonder if it will be treated as a separate store. I went in the evening on a holiday, and there weren't many customers in the early hours, and it seemed like the main event started around the time it got dark. The appetizer platter includes something like caponata, tuna, quiche, beef cheek, horse mackerel, and pork. It's not particularly seasoned, but it's delicious in moderation. The wagyu beef tendon stew with salt is extremely delicious. Beef tendon is simmered with beans, and the flavor permeates through to the beans. Bluefin tuna tagliata is lightly seared tuna topped with vegetables like tuna roe and arugula. The tuna itself is soft and slightly seared, giving it a nice aroma and flavor. Whole chicken grilled with herbs Diavolina is a whole grilled chicken. Seasoned with rock salt, fried garlic, and chili sauce. This is a place called hodoho.
