記念日のお祝いで平日夜に初利用。
思ったよりカジュアルな店内はコンパクトですが厨房からの声が聞こえたり活気があります。
早速スプマンテで乾杯後、突き出しをつまむと次の飲み物を聞かれ、ペアリングを選択してコーススタート。
前菜⚫︎サーモン低温調理、⚫︎蛤オープン焼きエスカルゴバターは、いずれも季節感を感じる味で笑顔。
そしてスペシャリテ⚫︎フォアグラのフランは、濃厚な味わいで、これは素晴らしい。さらに甘めのワインとのマリアージュが感動的。
続く⚫︎鹿肉ラグーのパスタ、⚫︎メインのアンガス牛、⚫︎パスタトマトソース、⚫︎ヨーグルトのジェラートまで、いずれも堅実ながらも創意工夫あり。
そして何より良かったのは、一品ごとにペアリングで提供されたワインが素晴らしく、ワインもお料理もとっても美味しく、楽しめました。
ワインが次々と出てくるので心配したお会計もリーズナブル。
お会計のときに「ワイン、全部良かったです」とお伝えすると、お店の方がめちゃくちゃ喜んでくれたのが印象的でした。
美味しかったねーと、幸せな気分で４月の神楽坂をぶらぶら帰りました。
