A Chinese Cuisine restaurant with a wide classic located in an alley between Iidabashi and Kudanshita. The restaurant has a bit of history and has an atmosphere that continues to be loved by locals. There are various set menus for lunch, most of which are under 1000 yen, and they seem to be popular and are always full of customers. Among them, I chose [Tandan noodles (with fried rice)].It was served in about 5 minutes and I was surprised, but the soup of the Dandan noodles was not creamy but brown. It's not sesame based, it's soy sauce based. The taste was delicious, with the umami and sweetness of the minced meat, and the distinct spiciness typical of Tantan, which went well with the soy sauce Ramen. Katsuura Tantan noodles also has soy sauce Ramen topped with a bean paste made from extremely spicy chili oil, minced meat, and onions, but I think the spiciness is milder than that. The fried rice in the set had a gentle taste that was more like pilaf than fried rice, and it went well with the dandan noodles soup. If I come to the area again, I would like to try other set menus and compare them.
