A Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of Iidabashi's I Garden Terrace that offers a good value for money lunch set. It's been crowded lately. It's my first visit in 3 years. Weekly lunch specials are also a good deal, but from the limited menu, try the ``Parko Soy Sauce Noodle Set (comes with half-fried rice)'' (1,100 yen). Parko is more voluminous than I expected. Plenty of crunchy mizuna and plenty of vegetables. The noodles are also quite voluminous. Half-fried rice is a volume that is not "half". I was super full and felt sleepy in the afternoon.
