クレープシュゼットは
オレンジソースは香りと酸味主体
甘みはバニラアイスで足してる感じ
アールグレイは香りがつよく単体で美味しい
スイーツと合わせるにはミルクティーにした方が
喧嘩しない感じ

なかなか良いお味
パティシエの仕事が感じられる栗のペースト
甘さ控えめのスッキリ生クリームにも少し栗の風味があるか？
