神楽坂駅すぐの小さな赤い外観のイタリアン。
ずいぶん前に一度伺ったことがあり、かなり狭いお店なのでこのコロナ禍で避けていたというのが本音ですが、休日の遅めランチに通し営業のこちらを思い出して訪問しました。
○ポルケッタとキャベツのペペロンチーノ
本日のパスタより。
ポルケッタというのはイタリアのチャーシューというか、食べ応えのあるローストポーク。その粗切りと甘いキャベツがたくさん。細かく刻まれたニンニクがたっぷり、スープも出ているペペロンチーノでした。
このスープをパンに浸して食べると絶品。
見た目には地味。
これがとっても美味しいです。
ランチ・ドリンクセットにしたので、サラダ、スープ、パン、ソフトドリンク付きでした。
周りはワイン片手に軽く宴会している方ばかり。確かにこちらの料理はお酒に合います。
店内も真っ赤なのが、食欲や飲酒をそそるのかな。
