東西線、神楽坂駅のほど近く、チェーンだし、個人的に看板のロゴにも全く惹かれないし、とにかく今の今まで行くつもりもなかったのだが、いつもどおり、他店が休み、満席、と振られたので、消去法でここ。
店内は、びっくりするほど狭く、電車の対面の席のようなボックス席が左右に配置されている。照明はかなり落とし目で、それぞれの席にはロウソクがあり、予想外にカップル向けの雰囲気。神楽坂の他のイタリアンで、カップルがしんみりできるところがあるだろうか、いやない。店内の装飾、ロウソクで焦げたメニューなど、何となく良い感じで、現地の小さめのオステリアに来ているような錯覚に陥る。
フジツボはありません、とちょっとガッカリだったが、代わりに頼んだ洋風ねぎとろだのソフトシェルクラブだの、ピザだの、かなり美味しい。激安店ではないが、それなりにリーズナブルな価格帯からすると、いけてる。でも、ドリンクは、生ワインだとかアウトレットワインだとか、おい！っていうのが出てくるんだろ？と引き続き訝しい思いでメニューを繰ってみると意外にもかなりの品揃えが有る。価格帯は2000円位。申し訳ないが、毎度のことながらグラスで頼んだワイン、充分満足だった。大人数入る店ではないが、4人くらいで来て気軽に思う存分飲み食いしたい。
4点以上文句なく付けたかったが、混んでもいないのに、若い店員のサービスの至らなさが、いらちなオッサン向けでなく、3でいいかな、でもまあ良店なのでええい、とこの点数で。
イタリアンでしょうもない店は神楽坂にそれほど多くないけれど、ここは積極的に選んでもよい。オススメ。
