週末ランチ
週末ランチに寄ってみた。
かなり奥行きのある店内、鰻の寝床とはこのことか。。。
前菜、パスタ、デザートに飲み物で1500円という週末ランチ。
和牛のボロネーゼとマルゲリータを選んだ。
前菜は生ハム、サーモン、新玉ねぎのスープ、ハーブのサラダ、桜海老と枝豆のキッシュ。それにフォワグラのフランとチーズフォカッチャ。
フォカッチャは食べ放題！？
新玉ねぎの香りがいいな。フォワグラは好みがあると思うけれど、上等な舌触りに濃厚な旨味がいいと思う。
和牛のボロネーゼ、肉肉しい。ゴロゴロした肉がとても強い食感を出している。
マルゲリータは、トマトソースの酸味がフレッシュ、その後に感じる甘みもなかなかのもの。
アンガス牛の座布団を注文しておいた。
200gのステーキ。ボリュームたっぷりだ。
香りが良いのと、岩塩、マスタードソース、どちらも相性がよかった。
デザートはピスタチオのムースにはちみつレモンのパウンドケーキだった。

お昼過ぎあたりから持ち帰りの料理をやっている。
平日はランチで食べていくことはできないみたい、店の中で食べられるかと聞いていた人が断られていた。以前、休日に家族でランチで寄ったことがあるので、ランチ営業が全くないわけではないと思うけど、変則的なのかもしれない。
持ち帰り料理を買って帰ろう。
神楽坂上のお店は店頭に料理を並べている店がいくつかある。どれでも二つで千円と選びやすい。
ラザニアとミネストローネを買い求めた。
どちらもトマト色。
ラザニアは、パンが使われている。これが面白い。もっちりとしたラザニアにふわっとしたパンの食感、ソースを受け止めている。そして、ボリュームアップにもなっている。
複数の食感があるから、単調になりがちなパスタであっても食べ飽きない。ミネストローネは、若干塩が強めではある。それが辛味にとらえられる。焼いた野菜の香ばしさが感じられるスープだった。
