今日は親とランチで12時に予約。
年を取ると予約より早めに着くもので、11時50分に着いたがあと10分待つよういわれ、外の席でウェイティング。
店員の口調からして、申し訳なさはない。
12時から注文をとれる体制は考えていないのだろうかと疑問。
とりあえずは12時になり、店内へ案内があった。
店内は消毒臭が強かったが、なにか漂白か消毒を？と不安が募る。
まずは臭いのない奥の席につき、無事注文ができた。
前菜盛り合わせはパンのサラダ、スモークサーモンマリネ、ローストポーク、ジャガイモのクリームスープ。
ビシソワーズは味も塩も薄い。
ほぼミルク味。
パンのサラダは、ドレッシングを吸ってスゴい酸味で、ポークやスモークサーモンと一緒がいいのかも。
フォアグラのフランは、上のカラメルが姉妹店のものより少なく、いまいちな味わいでで残念。
パンはチーズフォカッチャ。
これはアツアツ、フワフワで美味しい。
お代わり可能で有り難い。
三人でマルゲリータ、牛スジのラグーのパスタ、生ハムのサラダピザを選択。
牛スジのラグーは、塩味でアッサリの中にも肉のコクがある味。
粉チーズがかけてあり、よく混ぜて食べる。
生ハムとハーブのサラダピザはプラス500円で、トマトソースベースに生ハム、ベビーサラダがのっている。
ハーブ感はなく、食べやすい味。
焼き立てはサクサクで美味しく、フチが厚すぎず、食べ切れる厚さのピザ。
好みで辛さの弱い唐辛子オイルをかけて。
追加で肉の盛り合わせ300グラム 3000円を注文。
ハツ、ポルト豚、アンガスビーフのグリル、少量のマッシュポテト、少量のにんじんサラダ、ベビーサラダ、マスタード付き。
ハツは焼き鳥とは違う大きめのもの。
ポークはいい具合の脂身。
ビーフは2カットでくるので、スライスして分ける。
ビーフはちょっと血がにじむ焼き具合なので、レアが苦手な人には端を。
メイン料理はピザの前に欲しかった。
次回は順番を言わなければ、と学ぶ。
デザートはアプリコットのパンナコッタとレーズンいりカッサータ。
ナッツが皿に飾られ、好みで付けて。
どちらも美味しい。
アプリコットは特に目新しい味だった。
コーヒーか紅茶が出てコース終了。
紅茶はアールグレイ。
一緒にミルク、シュガー、スプーンがグラスに入ってでてくるが、スプーンが人数には足りない。
しかし、前菜、小さいフォアグラフラン、自家製フォカッチャ、ピザかパスタ、一口デザート、飲み物がついて1500円と格安のランチ。
席は満席。
ピザは、まずはマルゲリータがでたが、2枚目はずっと来ないしパスタも来ないし、皆のが揃うのを待っていたら大変なことになる。
ちょっと説明が欲しかったかも。
ピザは美味しいので、入店のときといい、サービスにはもうちょい頑張って欲しい。
