2012年よりオープンしている『カリーナ カリーナ』は、こだわりの肉料理を中心に100種類を超える豊富なメニューが楽しめるカジュアルイタリアンです。

○薫製炙り〆サバ 季節の野菜とキノコのマリネ
〆サバの燻された香りとミョウガのほろ苦さが絶妙にマッチ。酸味もキツ過ぎず丸みのあるまろやかな味わいなので、酸っぱいものが苦手な方でも美味しく楽しめます。
○イタリア産ポルチーニ茸のクリームソーススパゲッティ
運ばれてきた瞬間からクリームとポルチーニの華やかな香りが立っています。クリームとチーズが非常に濃厚で、ホワイトソースベースのパスタが好きな方にはたまらない美味しさでした。
○ブラックアンガス牛 ザブトン
サシの入った柔らかさが特徴のザブトンをチョイス。脂がしつこいかもと思っていましたが、しつこさはなく、上品かつまろやかな脂で、非常にコク深い。シンプルに塩でいただけば、甘みも引き立ってまさに絶品でした。
