東京出張で山形一頭買い牛焼肉♪新幹線のぞみ
1月下旬、東京出張があり、京都から新幹線のぞみに乗って東京へ。
東京ドームシティ
到着したのは東京ドームシティ。
実は、東京ドームのイベントでのお仕事でした。
山形牛焼肉牛兵衛草庵
仕事を終えたあと、やってきたのが、
山形牛一頭買い焼肉、牛兵衛草庵！
東京ドームホテルの2Fにある

メニューを見てみると、なかなかのお値段です。
焼肉のたれ
テーブルサイドには、焼肉のたれと塩がありました。
牛タン
まずは、牛タンです。
結構厚みがありますが、よく見ると隠し包丁が入れてあるようです。
歯ごたえはしっかりあって、
かむとじゅわっと味が口に広がります。
一頭六種盛り合わせ
続いて、一頭六種盛り合わせ！
6種類の部位のお肉を食べ比べながらいただけます。
ジューシーさや甘み、歯ごたえ、口溶けなど、
食べ比べだからこそ味わえる細かな違い。
どれも美味しいので、どれが一番とは言いがたいですし、
また食べ比べてみたいのでここでは明言は避けておきますｗ

石焼きピビンバ
チヂミと石焼きピビンバもいただきました。
サイドメニューに関しては、まぁまぁかなぁと言う感じですね。
さらにお肉を追加して、
牛にぎり
〆に、牛にぎりをいただきました！
これがまた美味しかった（＾＾）
また食べたいですね！
