久しぶりの接待。久しぶりの神楽坂です。
お肉大好きなクライアントはアメリカ人。ありきたりの店では満足してくれない。
特に和牛にハマっているらしく、自分でもかなり食べ歩きしてるらしい。
今回はかなりいろんな雑誌、NETで調べました。
とある雑誌で見つけたのがこちらのお店。
まず雰囲気。まさしく神楽坂の隠れ家。
石畳の細い路地、店構えなどどれをとっても日本ならではの赴きです。
2階建ての古民家で全て個室。
テーブル席なのでアメリカ人の安心です。
スタッフは着物の女性のおもてなし。これも風情があっていいですね。
お店の雰囲気とぴったり。アメリカ人も嬉しそう。
料理は 特選かつべ牛サーロインの和牛しゃぶしゃぶ会席10,000円。
肉会席というだけあって前菜もお肉中心。
特にローストビーフやハツが美味しかったかな。盛付けもきれいです。

島根県産で、忘れましたがなんか大きな賞をとっているそうです。
これがまあ絶品。肉本来の旨味、歯応えがありそれでいてとろけるようなやわらかさ。
アメリカ人もびっくり。日本人もびっくり。
ふと気づいたのが器。聞くと有田焼だそうです。全部かはわからないけど。
道理でお上品です。
日本酒も稀少なのが揃ってます。
獺祭や新政No6などいただきました。
ワインも豊富。オーパスワンがあったけど、アメリカ人には教えなかった。
スペインのお安めのをボトルで。
うんうん、この店はアタリだ。味・サービス・雰囲気すべてレベル高い。
特に外国人の接待にはおすすめです。
いつかプライベートでつかってみたいもんです。
