ビール179円というほぼ原価であろう値段のお店です。
安くたくさん飲みたくて久しぶりに行きました。
お通しはキャベツ。このきゃはおかわり自由、二人で3皿食べました。
お料理はヨダレどり、味付けうずら、サーモンの沖漬け、親鶏のチャンピオン焼き(モモ肉、ムネ肉合い盛り)を注文。
ヨダレどりはピリ辛でビールに合うし、うずらは普通にうずら。サーモンの沖漬けもしっかり味がついていて美味しかった。
チャンピオン焼きは合い盛りのはずがほとんどムネ肉。もも肉はたぶん1切れか2切れしか入ってませんでした。
あとこのチャンピオン焼き、写真をよく見てもらうとわかると思うのですが、鉄皿にはアヒージョかっていうぐらいひたひたに油が入っていました。キャベツが油を吸って食べると気持ち悪くなるぐらいギトギト。
これはほぼチャンピオンアヒージョです。
これが正解の作り方なのか油を入れすぎたのかわかりませんが、油は少なめにした方が良いと思います。
とりあえずビールが安いのでまた行くと思います!
