お友達に誘われて、飯田橋でイタリアン。6月にオープンしたばかりのイタリア料理店「ワイン酒場ディプント飯田橋店」へ。
飯田橋駅からすぐのところにあります。
店内は無垢の木材を基調としたシンプルで落ち着いた雰囲気
まずはスパークリングで乾杯。

お通しのパン
つぶ貝のガーリックバター焼き780円
コリコリのつぶ貝にガーリックバターが効いていて美味しいですね。パンでスープも残らず頂きました。
水牛ミルク100%のD.O.Pモッツァレラチーズ 2,980円
水牛のミルクでほんのりと甘みがあるまろやかな食感のチーズ。週１回飛行機で空輸されているとか。
最初はそのまま、次にトマトやフレッシュバジルと一緒に、最後にオリーブオイルをかけて頂くと、味の変化を楽しめます。
赤ワイン
辛口のランブルスコ
ディプントオリジナルランブルスコ・エミリア・セッコ650円
フルーティーな赤ワインで飲みやすいですね。このお店の名前「ディプント」はこれからとっているのかな？

カマンベール・パストリゼ、ゴルゴンゾーラ・ピカンテ、パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ、スプリンツ、テット・ド・モアンヌの5種
なかなか本格的な味わいで、おつまみに最適。
アンガス牛のステーキ1,580円
先ほどの赤ワイン「ランブルスコ」で味付けされたランブルスコ塩で頂きました。
ピノピノ白フリッツアンテ650円
とても爽やかな白ワインです。
スフレのような、ふんわりオムレツ700円
本当にスフレのようなふわふわ感が良いですね。
とろけるイベリコ豚のラルドと、もっちりパン。680円
ラルドはイベリコ豚の背脂をハーブとともに塩漬けにしたイタリアの伝統食材らしいです。
甘辛い脂分がもちもちのパンを美味しくしています。
焼きリンゴのクリームブリュレ680円
なかなか豪華な盛り付けのクリームブリュレです。周りのキャラメルソースも中のプリンも美味しい。
ワインの品揃えやチーズの種類も豊富で、気軽に仲間とイタリアンを楽しむのに良いお店だと思いました。
