急にオイスターが食べたくなって見つけたお店。
金曜のピークタイムに行ったので予約でいっぱいでしたが、お一人席が空いててラッキー✌️
その日のオススメの牡蠣が5-6種類あって、
好みを伝えるとお薦めしてくれる丁寧なお店。
大きめのミルキーな牡蠣が好きなのですが、
この時期は大きめはさっぱり系しかないということで
小ぶりのミルキーな牡蠣を頼みました。
長崎、福岡、兵庫の牡蠣を食べましたが、
どれも想像通りの味でワインが進む進む。
ワインも普段はボトルしか出さない、
ピクプールの白ワインをいただき牡蠣にぴったりでした。
生牡蠣とまったりした白ワインの組み合わせで
幸福感が最高潮に達していたら
焼き牡蠣もおすすめということで注文。
焼き牡蠣も磯の香りがしっかりと出て
これもまた美味しかったです
今回は単品で頼みましたが、
食べ放題&飲み放題で5000円という破格のコースもあるみたい！
ただ食べれる牡蠣が決まってるみたいなので、
また次も単品で食べに行きたいなと思いました♡
サクッと1人でも入れて美味しい生牡蠣とワインが飲める満足度の高いお店でした。
