ランチ食べてきましたー。
麻辣、詳しくないけど、かなり本格的なお店だと思います。
2018年5月10日オープン。
飯田橋。
大久保通りからSPIGA 飯田橋店横の路地に入り
突き当りを左折。
少し歩いた右の建物1F。
飯田橋 呑み喰いや 京隣。
2017年12月30日（土）閉店タベルナ・ラ・グロッタ跡。
店内は、テーブル席。
四川中華料理屋さん。
●本場四川麻辣刀削麺 850円
本場四川麻辣刀削麺、漬物、杏仁豆腐。
パクチーとライスを付けるか聞かれたのでパクチーだけ、
辛さは中辛でお願いしました。
トッピングは、パクチー、もやし、ひき肉。
スープは、担々麺のスープみたいに
甘みがありつつ、ちょっと辛くておいしい。
麺は、コシが強くて弾力のある刀削麺で
むっちりしていて、おいしい。
しかーしっ！
スープだけ飲んだ時は、辛くなかったのに
麺を食べると、辛さMAX！
どんどん辛くなりました。
もはや中辛じゃない。
麻辣のうち、麻がとってもきいてて
辣もきいてるから
ピリピリした辛さで、お水ガンガン飲みました。
でも、おいしい。
辛い→おいしい→辛い→おいしいのループ。
満足ランチ。
