飯田橋の大通りから一本入ったところにある、古風な居酒屋巻きの助。
こちらは博多料理屋の居酒屋なので、もつ鍋が美味しいのですが、本日は暑かったので、野菜巻きを中心にいただきました。
巻きの助という店名の通り、野菜巻きのバリエーションは多いです。
本日いただきましたのはこちら。
●鴨のロースト
お通しでいただきました。
厚切りの鴨のローストで、ブラックペッパーと相性抜群。
お酒が進む、リッチなお通し。
●焼鳥5種盛り合わせ
ハツ、ぼんじり、なんこつ、皮、ももの最強5点の盛り合わせ。
ぼんじりが脂が乗っていて美味でした。
やっぱり一番は柔らかいモモかな。
●野菜巻き
ヤングコーン、オクラ、ねぎ、ししとう、蓮根のラインナップ。
こちらは薄い豚肉が巻いてあり、すべて野菜の形にしっかりと巻かれています。
豚肉の脂が野菜に移って、旨味が倍増しています。
これぞ巻きの助。
●鶏ももの唐揚げ
ジューシーなモモのから揚げです。
薄衣でカラッと揚がっており、とてもジューシー。
脂がお酒のスピードを上げてくれます。
個民家風の内装で、会社の宴会にも使用できる広めの空間。
コスパも最高な飯田橋の巻きの助でした。
