博多焼き鳥 巻きの助 飯田橋店
個室居酒屋です。「巻き」と付いているのは、野菜をお肉で巻いて、串に刺したものを焼いて出してくれるからです。
もちろん普通の焼き鳥も楽しめます。
JR 飯田橋駅東口から徒歩約 5分くらい。
目の前の大通り（目白通り）を南東・九段下方面へ 300m ほど行ったところにあります。
東京区政会館の反対側の路地を入ったところです。
気持ちよく出迎えてもらいました。
こげ茶の木材を多く使った、落ち着いたシックな内装です。
お店の定員は、着席で 90名ほどだそうです。
来店時には、ほぼ満席状態でした。予約して行かれることをお勧めします。
まず何と言っても大人気の
単品飲み放題 時間無制限（！）1500円 をオーダーします。
生は金麦。その他、サワー、ハイボール、カクテル、ワイン、焼酎、日本酒、ウィスキー、梅酒まで、何でもあります。
あとはいろいろ串焼きを楽しみたいので、アラカルトでオーダーしました。
さっそく金麦で乾杯！
柳楽優弥さんと黒木華さんの顔が、目に浮かびますね。
お通しは合鴨のパストラミ。胡椒が効いてて旨いです。お腹が鳴りました。
たこわさび 480円 大根おろしが入っていて、あっさりして美味しいです。お酒が進みます。
チョレギサラダ 780円 胡麻のドレッシングが効いてます。
ごぼうの唐揚げ 680円 薄くてパリパリ。塩加減もちょうどいいです。ちょっと贅沢なスナック菓子みたいですね。
レモンサワーと芋焼酎のソーダ割りを追加オーダーしました。
お店は大賑わいで、料理や飲み放題のドリンク提供が遅くなるのでは？と心配していましたが、すぐ出てきて、うれしかったです。
さっそく串焼きをオーダーしていきます。
ネギ巻き 250円（税抜；以下同じ） ネギのシャキシャキ感がすごいです。辛味がアクセントになります。
アスパラベーコン巻き 250円 アスパラには軽く火が通って、野菜の素材感・食感が、すごく出ています。
ベーコンが旨いです。
トマトベーコン巻き 300円 トマトは、ほの温かいくらいの温度でした。甘味をしっかり感じられました。
うずら巻き 300円 定番です。塩加減もちょうどよく、いくらでも食べられそうな美味しさです。
牛蒡巻き 250円 牛蒡の食感がしっかり残っています。肉の旨みと合わさって美味しいです。
レタス巻き 300円 レタスにも火が通って、しんなりしています。ヘルシーな味付けですね。
炙り明太子おろし 580円 明太子の表面を炙ってあるので、香ばしさがでています。大根おろしがさっぱり感を出しています。
そろそろガッツリ行きます。
鶏ムネ肉のヘルシー唐揚げ 580円 ほくほく絶妙な食感です。ムネ肉の「ヘルシー」さが感じられて気分がいいです。いけます。
肉巻きおにぎり 240円 肉巻きおにぎりは、宮崎のご当地グルメらしいですね。甘辛のタレが肉を包んでいます。
塩味がベースの串焼きの後で、美味しい味変です。
豚骨ラーメン 680円 豚骨スープだけどあっさりしています。肉巻きを食べた後だと、ちょうど良い感じがします。
串焼き一本は、さほどの量に感じないのですが、次々食べると、けっこうお腹にたまります。
最後のラーメンで、もうお腹いっぱいになりました。
串を食べて、飲んで、友人との会話がはずみました。友人も大満足の様子……。
また来たくなりましたね。ごちそうさまでした。
