神楽坂はもちろん、日本で初めて見た。モノホンのラクレット・フォンデュ屋。店の改装時から、どうせしょうもない生ワインとか出来合いのつまみでもだす店なんだろうと髙を括っていたが、できてみたらラリアンス傘下のがちラクレット・フォンデュ屋。ラクレットも8種類もあり、もったいぶって一掛けして終わり、はい、2000円とかではなく、ガチ電熱器に半分のラクレットが置かれ、かけ放題。これだよ、ラクレット。二人で6000円以内くらいでそれがいただけるので、高くないわな。
オイルも、フロマージュフォンデュも、メニューを見る限りガチ。今までのなんちゃって店はもうやっていけないだろう。ワインもチーズに合うのはもちろん、単体としてすごいねというのがリーズナブルな価格で提供されていて、これまたラリアンスあってのメリットだわな。
チーズケーキあり、チーズの？店頭販売あり、ということで、神楽坂激震と思われる。
5～6人で来て、ラクレット、オイル・フロマージュフォンデュ、をそれぞれ頼んで分けあうというフランスやスイスの楽しみ方ができそう。
冬に向けてぶち込んできたのも本気ぽい。やべえな、これは。
