こちら、昨年にマイレビさんのレビューを拝見して、ぜひ行ってみたかったお店。複数名食事会にて、平日夜、当日の電話予約にてお伺いしております。中に入ると席は、50席程度のよう、神楽坂にあるラクレットチーズとフォンデュがメインのお店です。
こちらでは「オマール海老のフリーチーズセット」とワインボトルを数本（多めに）頼んでおります。フリーチーズセットを頼むと、ラクレットチーズがテーブルに設置され、なくなるまで、チーズをかけ放題できます。オマール海老や同行の方のハンバーグの写真は撮り忘れてしまいました。。。
そのセットのお料理、まずはテーブルに設置されるラクレットチーズが圧巻！大きい！笑。こちらをフランス製のチーズ専用ヒーターを使って、チーズがとろけるのを待ちます。数分待つと、チーズがとろとろと垂れてきます。その下に具材を入れたお皿を置いて、お皿を取り換えてゆく感じ、チーズ好きにはたまりません笑。とろとろを止めたい時には、ヒーターの電源を切断です。最後、チーズの写真を見比べてみると、結構な量のチーズがなくなっていました笑。チーズって、意外とお腹にたまるのですね。かなり満腹になりました笑。
お料理は、かなり満足だったのですが、この日は7割程度席が埋まっている状態なのに、店員が2名しかおらず、ドリンク注文のロストを数回されました。もう少し店員を増やさないと、サービス維持をできないよ！と思いました。あとワインのボトルを注文しすぎて、お会計高めになってしまいました。。。ごちそうさまでした！
