月曜の夜に伺いました。
こちらは予約可能なので亀戸の本店のように長時間並ぶ必要がありません。
逆に言えば予約で埋まっているということ。
予約無しでダメ元で伺ってみるとやはり満席・・。
一度は断られたものの予約が入っている1時間後までならとOKとのこと。
ご厚意に甘えて入店させていただきました。
もともと食事に時間をかけるタイプじゃないので1時間あれば問題ナシ。
とはいえ、ゆっくりはできないので適当に選んで一気に注文。

お通しのキャベツが美味しくてすぐに食べてしまいました。
おかわり無料なのが嬉しいですね。
定番の豆もやしもとても美味しくてあっという間に完食。
チョレギサラダも美味しかったです。
まずは王道のホルモンとマルチョウ。
脂がとても美味しくて、亀戸の本店と変わらぬ美味しさです。
麦飯も美味しいのでモリモリ食べました。
厚切りタン塩も絶品でした。
中落ちカルビは残念ながら硬くて筋が多い。
肉の味は美味しいですが、これはハズレだなー。
一番美味しかったのは、牛レバ刺し。
刺しとはいえ、低温調理で割としっかり熱が通っていました。
これをレバ刺しと呼んで良いのかどうかはともかく、味は超絶品。
レバ自体も美味しいけど、熱の入り方が絶妙。
レバを一番美味しく食べられる焼き加減なんじゃないかと思うほど。
今まで食べたレバの中でも最高レベルに美味しかったです。
レバが苦手な妻も美味しく食べてました。
サクッと食べて35分で退店。
気まぐれで入ったのですが、とても美味しくて満足です。
次回は予約してゆっくりいただこうと思います。
