人気の高さがわかる亀戸ホルモン
飯田橋駅から神楽坂に向かって路地裏にあります、亀戸ホルモン神楽坂店です。
都内に何店舗かある亀戸ホルモン。もちろん亀戸に本店があり、本店だと少し遠いし中々入れないそうでして。こういう有名店が都内に散らばっていますところが東京の良い所で、行きたかった亀戸ホルモンは一番近場の神楽坂店です。
おすすめ中心で単品ずつ頼みました。ほとんどが1000円以下のメニューで一皿の量もバッチリ盛ってましたね。厚切りのやつはそれなりに値段が上がりますが、それに見合う申し分ない厚切り具合。

卓上には甘めの醤油と辛めの酢が置いてあるだけで、ほとんどがそれらを付けなくても美味しく味付けされてます。塩ダレのほうがお店の特徴をよく表してます。というのもホルモン自体の新鮮さと脂の乗り具合が段違いに感じました。塩ホルモンの脂は本当に溶けるようでした。
レンガも数量限定みたいですが、あったら必ず頼みたい代物でした。
ホルモンだけだと飽きそうなもんですが、硬さや脂の量で様々な違いを出してる事で、正肉が全く無くても色々楽しめました。

ホルモン食べたくなり神楽坂。亀戸に行かなくても便利な世の中です。
昼間から開いており、休日の昼呑みにはもってこいとなります。名物は塩ホルモンですけど、今回は塩以外も色々堪能。
・塩ホルモン5点盛り
・味噌牛タン切り落とし
・マルチョウ
・ニンニクサガリ
・味噌ピーマン
・豆もやし
・緑のポテサラ
味噌系もニンニク系のタレも甘ったるさが無く、これまた甘くない系のサワーにピッタリ合います。このドライな感じが気に入っています。
